At Nature Fairy, we take pride in crafting natural skincare and haircare products with love and care. Due to the handmade and personal nature of our items, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise below.

Issues with Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@naturefairystore.com within 30 days of your order date. We’re happy to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or store credit for any concerns raised after the 30-day period.

Please note: Once an order has been placed and processed, we cannot make changes to it. This includes combining orders, modifying items, or updating shipping details.

Handcrafted with Care

Each Nature Fairy product is made in small batches and packaged by hand. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, we encourage you to reach out to our team. We’re here to help you choose the right fit for your skin or hair needs.

Order Resolution Process

If an issue is reported within the 30-day timeframe, we will carefully assess the situation to determine an appropriate resolution. In most cases, we will offer a replacement. In select circumstances, we may issue store credit or a refund, but this will be at our discretion.

Nature Fairy reserves the right to decline any request for replacements, refunds, or credits if we believe the policy is being misused or abused.

Returned Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, we will contact you to confirm the correct address.

You will have the option to:

  • Pay to have the order reshipped, or
  • Request a refund, which will be issued minus the original shipping fee and a $20 handling charge

Shipping Protection

To protect your order against potential shipping issues like loss, damage, or theft, we recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout. If you decline this option, any claims related to shipping mishaps will need to be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

Allergy Notice & Product Responsibility

Every product page includes a full ingredient list. It is your responsibility to read and assess these ingredients before making a purchase. Nature Fairy is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

We highly recommend performing a patch test before using a new product. Introduce one product at a time into your routine and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Natural Variations

Our products are free from chemical preservatives and synthetic stabilizers, which means variations in texture, scent, or appearance may occur. These natural differences are part of the small-batch process and do not qualify as defects or reasons for refund.

In warmer climates, some products (like body butters or balms) may soften or melt during transit. If this occurs, simply place the product in a cool place or refrigerate it to restore texture. This is a normal characteristic and does not impact product quality. Refunds will not be issued due to such changes.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances:

  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as “final sale”
  • Opened, used, or tampered items
  • Subscription items after the 24-hour cancellation window

Policy Misuse

We reserve the right to refuse service, refunds, or future replacements to customers who we believe are misusing or attempting to exploit our refund policy.
