At Nature Fairy, every product is handcrafted fresh with care, which means we take a little extra time to prepare and ship your order. Thank you for your patience and support of our small-batch, handmade approach.
- We ship from the United States to most countries worldwide using trusted carriers like USPS, DHL, and FedEx.
- Our store uses Easyship to provide accurate, real-time international shipping rates at checkout.
- All required customs documentation (including commercial invoices ) is automatically generated and submitted with your order.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by their destination country, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
- We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed to countries with known restrictions on the import of natural skincare or cosmetic products.

– **Delivery Times:**
– USA: 3–5 business days.
U.S. Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier that ensures the most efficient and secure delivery of your package.
– Canada/UK/Australia: 7–14 business days
– Other countries: 10–21 business days

Responsibility for Delivery
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS), delivery is no longer under our control. We are not liable for delays, lost shipments, or delivery errors caused by the shipping provider.
A tracking number is provided with every order. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and contact the shipping carrier directly if any issues arise.
Shipping Protection
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout. This adds an extra layer of coverage in case your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
- If you purchase Shipping Protection, we’ll assist you with the claims process.
- If you opt out, you agree to handle delivery issues directly with the shipping carrier, and we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.
Warm Weather Advisory: Melting Products
Our formulations are made with natural oils and butters, which can melt in high temperatures. During warmer months, creams, balms, or body butters may arrive softer or liquified.
By placing your order, you acknowledge this possibility. Refunds will not be issued for melted products. If melting occurs, simply place the item upright in a cool area or refrigerate it to solidify—this won’t affect its quality or performance.
Ingredients & Product Storage
Every product has a complete ingredient list on our website. Please review ingredients carefully before ordering, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.
Address Accuracy & Reshipment
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us:
- You’ll be required to pay for reshipment, including any additional fees.
- You will have 72 hours to pay the reshipment invoice. If unpaid after multiple contact attempts, the order will be marked complete and closed.
- No refunds will be issued for shipping errors caused by address inaccuracies.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at orders@naturefairystore.com before your order ships.
International Shipping
We ship to a wide range of countries. Shipping costs and availability will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs & Import Fees:
- You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country.
- These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Customs Compliance:
- It’s your responsibility to ensure the items you order are allowed in your country.
- Delays or returns due to customs issues are beyond our control.
If a package is returned due to unpaid duties or refusal:
- You must pay new shipping fees if you want the package reshipped.
- We do not offer refunds on the original order or shipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Orders
Once your order leaves our facility:
- If you purchased Shipping Protection, we will assist with a resolution.
- If you declined Shipping Protection, all delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages unless Shipping Protection was added at checkout.
Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@naturefairystore.com.
- Include photos of the damage and packaging.
We’ll assess the situation and may offer a replacement. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Delays in reporting may reduce our ability to assist you.
**❌ No Returns or Refunds (Due to Product Nature)**
– **All sales are final.** We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
– Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons).
– Products damaged by customs or improper storage.
– Orders delayed by customs inspections.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Strikes
- Customs delays
- Government actions or regulations
Such events may result in shipping disruptions, and refunds will not be provided due to these circumstances.
